Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Our online payments are processed by Stripe and use AES-256 encryption over SSL. We do NOT accept cash or checks.
How can I update my billing information?
Log in to your account using your username and password to edit your billing information. The login link is at the bottom of your initial booking confirmation email.
Should I tip?
Tips are always appreciated, but not required.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your service without penalty 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. There will be a $50 fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning.
